Our “Small Business Wellness Practice” series began with introducing the idea of ‘mindfulness’ to the workplace. Out of the yoga studios and into the C-suites, there is real value in taking the well-being of clients and employees seriously. We asked you to consider how your current mindfulness practices impacted your businesses in 2020 and it is a good time to reflect on that again as we end the year.

We moved out of the mind and into the body by reminding you that hydration is a wellness tip! Thirsty yet? Think about implementing one of our tips for preventing dehydration as you plan for 2021.

As a licensed Master of Science in Social Work, I take this topic to heart and first learned about it while working in a domestic violence shelter in 2010.
